Brandon Kuss - Founder & President

Brandon, the Founder of Innovative Vending, is a visionary entrepreneur with a rich background in Human Resources and retail management. His journey began in the realm of HR, where he honed his skills over 15 years across various sectors, including retail, logistics, and franchising.

Fueled by an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, Brandon embarked on a transformative path, founding Innovative Vending in 2019. His profound desire to empower fellow entrepreneurs drives the company’s mission toward innovation and success.

Brandon holds a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence. He is a distinguished member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), boasting certifications as a Senior Certified Professional and a People Analytics Specialist.

With a potent blend of expertise in HR, retail, and entrepreneurship, Brandon is dedicated to shaping the future of vending solutions while nurturing the growth and prosperity of aspiring business owners.

About Ken

Ken Joyner - General Manager

Ken started his career in Human Resources and spent the next 30 years achieving amazing results in such industries as telecommunications, hospital administration as well as chemical manufacturing & distribution.

After having a stellar career in Human Resources, his next career path led him to Innovative Vending, the premier company helping people achieve their lifelong goal, being successful entrepreneurs in the lucrative vending business. Ken was awarded the prestigious “Vending Pros to Know” award for his success in helping clients start their vending careers.

Ken is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Human Resource Management. He received his Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University.

He is an active member with the Society for Human Resource Management holding the honor and distinction of Senior Certified Professional, SHRM-SCP®. In his free time, you will find Ken boating around the greater Tampa Bay Florida area spending time with his family and three French Bulldogs.
